CMC offers customers three (03) form of contract:

• Working-hour contract: customers will have to spend more time for supplying materials, management and project supervision. This form is suitable for customer with experience in the construction of houses, have relatives or consultant can monitor ongoing projects.
• Material contract: customers will save their time to spend time with architect selection completed materials. The constructor is more experienced in the selection of raw materials (sand, stone, cement, steel…) should take measures to save materials and reduce costs for investors.
• Turnkey contract: customers will save more their time, spend time for daily work and little time for work supervision. The contractor and architect are consultant choice of materials to customers.
